Healthy Lifestyle of a Writer

Writing is interesting, captivating, and for one full of so much ideas, you just want to reach out to the world to express yourself, get people to read your stories, it’s exciting, YET, to be honest, sometimes you feel drained…some writers go as far as neglecting their writing pad for weeks, months, not to mention some bloggers with excellent ideas who get to feel the pressure too, especially when you have so much task at hand.

Writers are human too, we are bent to be subjected to life pressure that could emanate from family responsibilities, official duties, health disorder, even relationships you need to take cover from, you name it. I’m definitely not left out her; I’m so terrible in getting carried away on social media or watching movies, official duties sometimes get in my way, this makes me feel so irritated, to be honest with you it makes me consider quitting my 8-5 job…

Whether you are a blogger, journalist, student, copywriter…your ability to be highly productive is based on good health. The head needs to be straight- focus and discipline is key point in the world of a writer. 


Healthy living encompasses the following and not restricted to this few points:

  • Arise and shine

Waking up early gives you enough time to make your bed, meditate, plan your day, it helps freshen the brain with a lot of content for your article flowing in.


  • Exercise

Trust me, this helps a lot, I do this almost everyday, still trying to keep up making it hundred percent though… ha ha. It helps your mental activity, don’t do anything too stressful so as not to get wasted, that would be a minus on your flexes for the day…You can also keep fit by dancing, this is actually my favorite, it keeps me excited all day.



  • Eat healthy

You must eat in the morning- PLEASE, this is very important. Do you start to write without eating breakfast? You gotta stop. WHY?  Because you are over stretching your limits, you end up getting exhausted without even knowing what exactly is wrong with your body metabolism.

  • Have time for yourself

Aside from writing, reading, generally the weekly activity gets your hands full, sometimes it stretches you beyond the weekly plan initially built up, this is where you step back and relax, get your self back on track, sleep for hours if you need to, take out time to hang out with friends, don’t get burnt out, you don’t want that to happen, DO YOU?? Definitely not, encourage other bloggers, you never know when you need theirs. BLOGGERS PLEASE KEEP ENCOURAGING ME TOO.

Remember, always keep track of your daily routine. Living a healthy lifestyle will make you a successful writer.  A few tips from you is highly appreciated.
