Love Is Found In The Strangest Places

I’ve heard a few stories about where women found their lover boys now husband and where men found their sweet girls now wife. A former neighbor of mine said he found his wife of almost forty years by the side of the road where she waited for a taxi😀😀 he picked her up and dropped her at her destination, they got married after dating… Apparently it’s not so wise to do that now because of the high rate of kidnappings.

Love is found in the strangest places

I have a friend that met his wife through a friend of his, who met a girl on the dating site😮😮…what a referral!! A guy goes online in search for a nice lady and somehow the lady he found ended up in his friends house as wife..What a lucky guy the other one is, regardless of the fact that he never even joined the dating site….WEIRD..

Love can be found in strange places

I used to have a friend that met her husband where she worked..She went there in search of a job and he helped her to facilitate it by presenting her as the better candidate for the job😮😮…Such is life😀 but of course they work in seperate organisations now.

My cousin met her husband on a train in another country. They fell in love and he travelled to her own country to get married to her😘😘

I’m not married yet, hopefully it will be my time soon so that I can share my story too😍😍.

Where did you meet your loved one?

  1. Met my late Husband at The Prudential Assurance Company, I was 16 my first job as a typist and he was 46, Chief Purchasing Executive that was October 1965. Married December 27, 1975, David died December 15, 1994. Sorry it was not that exciting or romantic.

  2. Through a mutual friend. Quite by happenstance though, the first, second, third, and fourth times we bumped into each other. She was engaged the first time I met her. But, she wasn’t happy and had been considering calling it off anyway. By the fourth time we bumped into each other, she was single. Been together ever since, nearly 25 years now, 20 of those married.

  4. I met my husband when I was in the military. We worked in the same office and were told we were not allowed to date. I didn’t like him very much anyway, so it wasn’t a problem, until he sort of grew on me. We became friends after awhile and the more we hung out together, the more we liked each other. But it definitely wasn’t love at first sight. 😉

  5. I met my husband at church. He was the pastor’s son. We’ve been married for 11 blissful years now!
Pray for the RIGHT husband. God gives us all good things in the right time. 😊

  6. I met my husband through a dating site. We chatted, met personally after 2 months of chatting, became friends (at first, heck! he was 24 and I was 37)… I was still hung up on another guy whom I also met online (and we still communicate sometimes)… Months later, friends became lovers, got married. Over 7 years later, we have a little princess who turns 5 in May.

  8. I met my husband in a Pastor’s house when I was just healing from a broken engagement😭😭. I didn’t even notice him neither did I know he was sizing me up🙄🙄. He gave me a lift back to Uni and we lost contact. We later stumbled upon each other again some months and he wouldn’t let me be😃☺️☺️.
Here we are today in our 10th year as couples, blissful, happy and hopelessly in love with each other. 💝❤️❤️😍😍.
I know you will find the right person, you’re smart and intelligent. And make sure you invite me to your wedding.😃😉

  10. Thank you. 😊 I think that what makes a difference is what the two people do after the initial meeting. Of course, provided one doesn’t meet someone who just wants to take advantage of others looking for love. 😊 My pleasure 💖🤗

  11. You have to be ready to meet someone, the right person for a healthy relationship. Take care of yourself, of your persona and stay open. And when you’ll be ready, be proactive. It could even mean to sign up to a dating app, why not? As you mentioned, some romantic love stories should say thank you to a dating app!
Nonetheless the stigmatization is still around unfortunately.
