Understanding the love Language between you and your partner can help improve your relationship. According to research, there are five love languages – words of affirmation, acts of service, receiving gifts, quality time, and physical touch. Find out which love language suits you the most and that of your partner.

- Words of affirmation – Expressing appreciation and affection verbally.
- Acts of service – Doing things for your partner to show your love.
- Receiving gifts – Expressing your love through giving and receiving gifts.
- Quality time – Spending quality and meaningful time with your partner.
- Physical touch – Showing your love through physical affection.
I would love to emphasize words of affirmation because they work very well for me and my spouse. So, what I do is express my appreciation and affection verbally. It helps convey my feelings and shows that he is loved, respected, and valued, and he does the same.
