Dancing In The Rain

Childhood is the age span I believe we all experienced but did we actually enjoy those days? I enjoyed my childhood days tremendously and there were many times I used to dance in the rain.

If you didn’t experience it, then you missed out but never too late to try it out and beware of the after effect of the cold rain so mind the length of time you spend out there, although as children, my friends and I were never aware of the side effects of dancing in the rain, actually we didn’t care regardless of the fact that my mum would scream at the top of her voice  for us to get out of it.

Dancing in the rain and licking the drizzling cold water with my tongue was one of the greatest fun for me.

Sky so dark opened up thunderous greyhound eyes

In the age of abandonment not a care in the world

With sheer pleasure she danced in the rain

Blooming in joy all covered up with gift of nature

Sing out hallelujah for it’s my time of pleasure

Memories of life time that lasts forever.

  1. I have walked in the rain…I have stood and watched the majesty of a good thunderstorm. I have listened to rain patter a metal roof and sing me to sleep. Rain is refreshing and a renewing of life even when it causes damage. Like fire….it puts things back into the earth needed for the next generation of life. Yes!! Dancing in the rain is a good thing! 😉
