Of us that lay in passionate embrace

Feeding the lame air with aroma of us

Thirsting for sweet Savour of us

Yesterday we climaxed to the rooftop

Today we stand blindfolded wondering

Tomorrow the shadow will fade our memories

To say goodbye to us.

The rock stood firm for us

Were our alter of love was built

The rivers pathed for us

Liberating us in harmony

We stood the test of time

One of us in the face of two of us

It radiates through the eyes of him that love

The passion flows in the words expressed

Through his body string of words, you see it all

The hidden reflection of his love

Substantiate there’s no doubt about his affection

In his heart he adores her

Cherishes her from the beginning to the end

In his world that accepts no end

The beauty of his love reflects in her eyes

That glows with happiness.

Insurmountable Joy

It’s not every tear drop that is as a  result of sadness.

When I don’t know any other way to express my happiness I cry, I cry, I cry and then I’m pleased with insurmountable Joy.

Sometimes the delight in our heart is so overwhelming that it is expressed in a way that is sufficient only to our soul.

Much more than I can ever imagine, when the tables turn around for me I feel lifted high above the skies and beyond.

At times I feel so overjoyed, then I lift up my voice and scream, I indulge myself in self pleasure void of guilt.

I alleviate myself in the comfort of laughter that will never be stolen nor taken away from me just as I wish everyone else around me to feel the manifestation of joy.

You Don’t Get To See Everything

I had a conversation with a woman in her late seventies, we got deep into it and she told me she has spent so many years on this earth travelling and doing all sorts, yet she hasn’t seen it all, then she added to it by saying ‘You don’t get to see everything no matter where you are.’

Her words reminded me of how naïve we can be when we say we’ve seen it all, if only we could control our thoughts as well as actions.

No matter how many thousand miles we’ve travelled

Regardless of where we have been and what we’ve seen

It doesn’t matter how wise or intelligent we are

It makes no difference if we are young or old

We don’t get to see everything in this world.
