Stepping Into The New Year

The dawn of a new year is akin to turning the page of a book—an opportunity to start anew, to script the next chapter of our lives with renewed vigor and purpose. As we bid farewell to the past year’s trials and triumphs, the prospect of a fresh start beckons, inviting us to embrace change, set new goals, and embark on a journey of self-improvement.
Embracing a fresh start isn’t just about making resolutions; it’s about adopting a mindset—a commitment to growth, resilience, and self-discovery.

As we stand on the threshold of a new year,
let’s embrace this opportunity for a fresh start.
A canvas awaiting our strokes,
A path waiting to be charted,
Embrace change,
Set intentions,
And let this year be a testament to your growth,
resilience, and unwavering spirit.

Here’s to a year of new beginnings, profound discoveries, and boundless possibilities. Cheers to the journey ahead!

The Journey

I set out on a journey with high expectations.

I met tribulations, trials, rage, stampede,

I cried from pain,

I feared for my life,

I stumbled in shame,

I fell from being tired.

I said to myself,

I never knew the journey would be this tough.

Along my way, they appeared to me,

Knowledge,Wisdom, Understanding,

Each one of them showed me the light,

They said to me successful people are not gifted;

They just work hard,

Then succeed on purpose,

Never give up.

I rose up unsure of what awaited me,

I moved on with determination,

But cried out in confusion,

Can a journey be this far?

Can a journey be this tough?

Can I survive this journey?

Can I stand the test of time?

Why so much thunderstorms?

Why is the road so rough and narrow?

I dried my tears never giving up.

I  continued with the journey,

I walked with bold steps.

I brought out the sword with the words,

Which I had long forgotten,

And it said to me;

Trust in the Lord on your long journey.

Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord,

And whose hope the Lord is-Jeremiah 17:7

There was a rough tousle of wind,

And I heard,

Trust in the Lord with all your heart,

And do not rely on your own understanding.

Acknowledge him in all your ways,

And he will make your paths straight- Proverbs 3:5-6.

I have journeyed far,

The journey has turned me into a success story.

A journey everyday that has unfolded passionate discoveries.
