Friday Thoughts

Fun is all I have on my mind today.

Realistically, I’ve always wondered if poets are better lovers.

Indulge yourself in a pleasant-filled weekend.

Devote time to your family and not just yourself.

Achievements should be celebrated also by appreciating the help we got.

Yeepee…. have a blessed Friday and weekend.

Love Omen

My will drawn before my eyes

As I see your heart pounding

in my hands

My life tattoed in your palms

so I could never leave

I eat your soul as I drink your blood

So that you are mine for all eternity

Life after life I wait

So that you could rise again

The volcanic love that should never be

But will be, to consume

and

seal the missing pieces of our destiny

The Craving Mind

Their soul burn with raging fire

so they are consumed in a vacuum.

Craving they cannot control

but accept enthusiastically, thinking it’s a release.

The desires of the galvanizing heart;

death knocks in pitch black;

power of darkness sway in fashion;

In elegance, it persuades for vitality;

Our body is channeled in a style that craving is unavoidable. When you do a soul-searching, you realize there is something you desire so bad… whatever it is; however, it affects your innermost being, depends on the manner you control your hunger for it.

Whether it’s for sex, gambling, food, drugs, liquor, dead iced water, money, material objects no matter what your craving is, don’t be too hard on yourself, the first, second to the most recent generation have been there.

Mine was for alcohol, I took years to break off; it wasn’t an easy journey; I wanted more; I was at that point of no return… I thought I could never check it much less quit, but YES I gave up on it.

However how tough to contain a craving, one most important thing you should know is that, stopping or controlling it won’t kill you. It’s a thing of the mind when you think you can’t stop. It’s harmful to your health depending on the addiction.

Second, remind yourself that God loves you; love yourself… all other solution will surface even without a psychological help.

How do you control your cravings?

How Do I Overcome Pain Of Rejection

I know how it feels to be rejected. It’s like a sudden stab, sharp and intense, making you want to close your eyes and shut the world out. I’ve been turned down countless times in life—relationships, education, friendships… You name it. It wasn’t that people hated me, but life has a way of shaping us, pushing us through trials to become stronger, independent, and the people we are meant to be.

Rejection is something we all face, no matter how much we try to avoid it. It often leaves us asking, “Why me?” We feel it when we underestimate ourselves, set unrealistic expectations for others, or fear criticism. These feelings are normal—but when rejection becomes a constant cycle, it can be harmful. Nobody is perfect, but we all have the opportunity to accept guidance and grow.

Overcoming rejection is one of the hardest lessons, yet I’ve conquered it. And there’s no turning back. In its place, I’ve found freedom of expression, confidence in love, a magnetic charisma that attracts genuine people, and success that feels deeply earned. Rejection no longer defines me—it refines me.

How do I overcome pain of rejection

To overcome rejection, define who you truly are and refuse to be shaken by it.

Caring about what people think of you is useless.

Most people don’t even know what they think of themselves.

Love Attracts Love

There comes a time in life

When you realize that all you crave

for is love, hope, affection, care

from the people around you.

It seems it’s never enough

until you discover the emptiness

inside of you

waiting to be filled up.

There comes the time you realize that no one can help you fill up this open space but yourself. Then you discover that love attracts love.

Love yourself…everything will then fall into place- Eddaz
