Tuesday Thoughts

The greatest lie told by anyone is “I will stay by your side forever”

Umbrellas protect us from rain not from getting pregnant.

Enchanting moments should be kept to always remember.

Sail away from the shores of my heart, let it be free of the likes of you- Eddaz

Dally not with other folks spouses or money – Ben Franklin

Aim for a partner that respects your vision.

Yes, I love to blog generally about passion and poetry because I adore passion.

This is a list of my Tuesday thoughts and saying. Enjoy the week… it’s a new month and obviously, we are almost at the end of the year once more. I pray we achieve our hearts desires and stay happy in everything you do or wherever you find yourself in life. Have fun blogging and live life to the fullest. Xoxoxo.

Things I Find Interesting

Here are the things I find interesting or call it ‘cool’…

-A man showing courtesy to a woman.

-Helping an elderly person with their grocery bag or hand luggage.

-Letting a child know when he’s wrong even if you need to spank him.

-Giving to the less privileged.

-Women demonstrating respect to their husbands regardless of their status.

-Reading and not only writing.

-Saying ‘thank you’

-Blogging my heart out when I have the urge.

-Composing poems for loved ones and making them feel special.

Healthy Lifestyle of a Writer

Writing is interesting, captivating, and for one full of so many ideas, you want to reach out to the world to express yourself, encourage people to read your stories. It’s exciting but to be honest, you end up drained. We writers go as far as neglecting our writing pad for weeks, months, not to mention bloggers with excellent ideas also get to sense the pressure.

Writers are human too, life gets in the way, which usually emanate from family responsibilities, official duties, health disorder, even relationships you need to take cover from, name it!

Whether you are a blogger, journalist, student, copywriter, whoever you are, good health determines your productivity. The head needs to be straight; focus and discipline are key points in the world of a writer.

Healthy living encompasses the following and not restricted to this:

  • Arise and shine

Waking up early gives you enough time to make your bed, meditate, plan your day; It freshens the brain with lots of content for your article shaping gracefully.

time-management

  • Exercise

Trust me this helps. I exercise nearly every day, still trying to keep up, making it a hundred percent though… haha, It supports you mentally. Ward off stressful activities so as not to get burnt out because that might be a minus on you. You can stay fit by dancing, it’s my favorite and keeps me excited.

  • Eat Well

Do you write without having breakfast? You’ve got to stop because you are overstretching your limits; you end up getting exhausted, not even knowing what happened to your body metabolism.

  • Spend time with yourself

Aside from reading and writing, the weekly activities get your hands full, sometimes it stretches you beyond the limit. This is where you step back and relax, adjust yourself in tune, sleep for hours if you have to, take out time to hang out with friends, encourage other bloggers, you never know when you need theirs.

Remember, always keep track of your daily routine. Living a healthy lifestyle can make you a successful writer.

Who am I?

Hello lovely people.

This is my very first blog post on WordPress which I posted on the 13th of April 2016, I had no idea what to expect but I kept blogging because my spirit kept haunting me for words to come out.

Kindly read!!

This is a question we all ask ourselves frequently. Recognizing who we are, signifies that we are ready to move on to the next level, quite a number of people ask themselves this question at almost every stage of their life. This brings home to us that people who ask this question are generally struggling with their personality and are searching for a core sense of themselves.

When I was in high school, I constantly used to ask myself the same question until a friend in the choir group noticed my dismay which led her into counselling me to stop RUNNING away from my SHADOW, I actually didn’t know what she was talking about until ten years later, I finally had to make a bold stop to face my shadow…the darker part of myself….fear of  failure.

Now I know who I am, I have learnt to welcome and embrace the darker part of myself, my flaws, bad habits, negative emotions, FEAR OF FAILURE…Once you have discovered the light, there is a new sense of self-waiting to be born, this is the time you get to realize there is more to who you are with a whole lot of potentials you have that needs to be exploited….

Distractions From Writing On My Blog

Intriguing

Perfection

Captivating

Thought sharing

When I write, I usually have this intriguing smile on my face I usually don’t know why that happens but I seem to enjoy it. I love to pour my heart out most times, but I find it difficult editing my own blog posts, hence, I’ve realized once in a while I just need to do so because I like Perfection, even though I’m not there yet. There are some certain distractions so captivating that I just find it difficult to write down my thoughts.

Shop Amazon Warehouse Deals – Deep Discounts on Open-box and Used PCs

The biggest distractions are…..

Movies….work stress….reading…Swagbucks…Social media

YES….they are my issues yet some of them are useful in helping me with thought sharing. Take for instance movies; it’s my favorite hobby, it inspires, relaxes, as a result, distracts me from timely writing.

I need to make money outside my blog, I got bills to pay, so work stress interferes a lot and gives me hard time visiting WordPress but I’m doing all I can to keep it checked.

Reading takes time and after I’m done reading books or other blog posts, I would be dead tired to write which I find distracting sometimes but nevertheless, I get to learn from other blogger’s posts consequently making friends through WordPress.

Yayyyy Swagbucks…I’m a survey freak and through Swagbucks, I’ve been able to earn lots of gift cards and bought so many things for myself just by doing surveys, trust me it takes a lot of time so you know what I mean.

Finally, social media….twitter, facebook, Pinterest, Instagram; time killers and distracting, on the other hand, this tools are the perfect combination for my blog.

However, amidst all my distractions I’m glad that I still find time to write.

So what are your distractions from writing blog posts?

A Surprising Experience On Wordpress

I believe you guys might have noticed I was away for almost a year without blogging on WordPress, I actually went away and eloped, therefore I couldn’t get anything down and since getting back I noticed it’s a whole new surprising experience for me, time changes everything.

Of all my experiences I noticed one thing in particular which got me biased…people are reading less and apparently writing less. Or maybe WordPress is missing something. We all blog for several reasons on the various platforms of the internet as long as we find joy in whatever we do, I am in no position to tell anyone what to blog about or how to go about doing it and of course no one is other than yourself  but I’m just perplexed.

I’ve had my blog for over two years and it’s my joy, it has led me on a discovery path I never knew existed. I want to use this opportunity to thank my followers, my lovelies reading, liking and commenting on my posts, I also thank those following me only because they want me to follow them back.

Happy Blogging. Xoxo

What Is So Special About Blogging

When I tell people that I blog, some feel so excited for me while others just don’t understand what I’m getting at. The mystery behind blogging is yet to be discovered by many.

There are so many reasons why people blog…I for instance blog to write my heart out…I love to write my heart out because it elates me just the way music soothes the soul…I want my thoughts to be out there…The words flying around in my heart, head and soul waiting to be unleashed, asking to be free, to inspire, to excite and be analysed by readers.

What is so special about blogging

Blog for the right reasons, when you do it just because others are doing it, then you loose focus easily…Not just that; you get to a certain time and ask yourself “what was I even thinking?”

What is so special about blogging

I blog basically about love. WHY??? Love defines me…I attract love…I live love…I want more of it…I release lots of it into the air that surrounds me…I want people to live in love and enjoy life- eddaz

Blogging isn’t for everyone… But what is special about it is that it makes you find yourself..It stimulates your senses thereby making such an impact hard and relieving enough to create paths of discovery, relief, healing…And for some it’s a source of financial settlement.

Why is blogging so special to you?
