Tears from my Heart

I falter and cry,
I yearn hard for the light,
I hold my breath for direction,
Behold, seek, and find.
Yet I run far.

Oh, what if I falter and fail,
Beneath the weight of the disguise?
The burden of potential unveiled,
Leaving me paralyzed.

But deep within, a spark resides,
A yearning for the joy concealed.
To embrace the journey that abides,
And uncover the treasures revealed.

The light still calls to me,
Tempting me to set my fear aside.
Eradicating the intimidation
With a new resolve and a hopeful heart,

The joy that awaits me,
The darkness once seemed so cruel,
But now I see it as my guide.
For in the depths of the darkness,
I discover my purpose, my pride.

Do you know that many of us can change our lives by envisioning our subconscious positive images and erasing the negative ones?

There is no limit to what you can achieve;
The possibilities are endless;
We make tough decisions every day;
Implementing them the right way is key.

Our minds attract negativity; this is the most common deficiency of the human mind. Our attitude towards life and moving around it can be tricky even for us. Life gets intense, hectic, annoying, and distressing. It’s easy over time to become a pessimist. Pleasant activities like walking, praying, and meditation can change our thought processes. It will reduce stress and enhance personal growth. Change your thinking and change your life.

Current Hardships in the World

My heart burns.
Beaming light, turning grey.
Into ashes, I wonder if there’s hope.
I yearn for that light,
the beauty once revealed.

In case you haven’t noticed, the world is experiencing some of its toughest challenges and difficulties. From the ongoing impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic to climate change to increasing inequality and social injustice, the world is experiencing hardship on many fronts. That’s not all my friends. There have been other challenges, such as technological Change and Digital Divide, Political and Geopolitical Issues, and the one that bothers me more is increased job insecurity and uncertainty.

In times of hardship
and difficulties abound
Let us encourage one another
and stand strong and proud.

Even in darkness
we can share a light
The world may be clouded
but our hearts can still shine bright.

I’m starting to wonder what the future holds for us. Which one disturbs you more, and guess what? We are survivors, and we have to keep moving. God hasn’t given up on us, so why should we give up on anything we believe in? Quite frankly, sometimes, I wake up with this ugly feeling of uncertainty in my heart. I ask myself if the world is ending gradually, and If that’s the case, it will end with me standing strong.

Let us lift each other up
and lend a helping hand
Reminding one another
that we can stand together as a band

And when the sun rises again
and spring’s sweet flowers bloom
Let us greet the new day
with joy and love anew.

Moments with the Moon

I see the moon on a clear, starlit night

I’m in awe of the moon’s beauty and its mighty power

I wish it would shine forever so that we could always see it

But I know that the moon cannot shine forever, so I cherish the time we have together

I thank the moon for its brightness and beauty, and I will never forget the sight of it shining in the night sky

New Year, New Tidings

It’s a new year already and I wish everyone a happy and pleasant one filled with joy and laughter. It’s been a while I shared any thoughts on my blog but good to be back,  unfortunately I won’t be around for most of the time on my blog but would be out there getting real busy with what the world has also blessed me with aside from my blogging.

In as much as I would love to be here everyday, I would have to share my time with other activities that need a lot of my attention as well, so I would be writing  my thoughts down and sharing them biweekly or more until  It’s time for full time blogging again. Meanwhile I would endeavour to read new posts as much as I can even if I can’t make comments on them, which I can’t help doing at times and I’m sure I would do during my busy schedule.
