We all have the inner spirit within us but lots of us have decided to neglect and do things on our own. Your inner spirit is love in itself that wants good things for you. The inner spirit is that very soft voice from the chore that speaks to you but we can’t hear it unless we do the following:
Be silent
I need to talk, listen to me, be quiet please…
Pay close attention
I’m here to guide you, not to confuse you…
Be good friends
I’m your friend, I love you, I care…
Communicate
Do what I say, I’m the good one, not the bad one…
Feel
Embrace me, lean, focus on the light…
Be cleansed
Clear your mind, be positive, be enlightened, be strong.
I’ve always had a strong spirit from childhood but ignored too frequently, growing up over the years I realised it had stayed with me waiting for me to open the doors of my heart which I have done but sometimes the harshness of life beating hard at me makes me loose touch but then I still go back to lean on it in my quiet time which is the best times I’ve had.
The inner spirit is one whom if we chose to develop close relationship with will lead us through our daily lives even when we are lost and can’t see our paths; the inner spirit is not our mind, we don’t tell it what to tell us.
